Energy Balls

•2 cups of raw nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews)

•1 cup dates pitted

•2 tbsp hemp seeds

•2 tbsp chia seeds

•1 tbsp flax seeds

•1 tbsp cacao powder

•handful of cacao nibs

•1 tsp cinnamon

•1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

•coconut flakes-handful


•Blend in a food processor and form into balls

•Freeze for 1 hour and then store in fridge for up to 3 weeks.


I typically use ½ almonds and ½ pecans. 

Perfect md-morning or mid-afternoon pick me up.  These will definitely satisfy your sweets craving without the guilt!
