Berry Delicious Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup berries (I use frozen organic)

1-2 cups of greens (kale/spinach)

½ ripe banana or avocado

1 serving protein powder (whey if not dairy sensitive or pea protein like Vega Max)

1 tbsp almond butter

1-1 1/4 cup almond or other non-dairy milk (unsweetened)

1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

Cinnamon

OPTIONAL ADDS:

Spirulina powder (superfood)

Maca powder (superfood)

Acai powder (superfood)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! 

Recommend placing all the leafy greens at the bottom of blender for an easier blend.
