Overnight Oats

Meal Plan Overnights Oats

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Old-fashion rolled oats

  • ¾ -1 cup unsweetened almond milk (you may also want to add a bit of milk in the morning)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp unsalted almonds

  • 1 tbsp unsalted pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tbsp unsalted/raw sesame seeds

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup blueberries/raspberries

  • ½ banana

Optional: Add a protein powder and skip the banana.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mash banana (and berries if desired) into your mason jar or other container.

  • Stir in oats and milk and then mix with remaining ingredients.

  • Put in fridge overnight.

  • When you wake up in the morning you’ll have a delicious and energizing breakfast ready to grab and go!

NOTES:

  • I love to make a double or triple batch and store in separate mason jars in the fridge for a quick breakfast when you’re in a hurry.

  • You can also use steel cut oats as well; however, you’ll want to soak them for 15-30 minutes in hot water and drain before you mix the other ingredients and put into the fridge.
