Avocado Toast

INGREDIENTS:

Two pieces of pieces of bread (preferably sprouted grain or a clean whole grain or gluten free bread)

1/2 of a ripe avocado

1 Tbsp of chia seeds

Slice of tomato

Sea Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

Toast the bread and spread a 1/4 of the avocado on each.  Add chia seeds to one piece and the tomato slice to the second.  Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
