Healthy Trail Mix


1 cup raw or dry roasted (unsalted) cashews

1/2 cup raw or sprouted pumpkin seeds

1/3 cup dried cranberries (preferably with no added or sugar or sweetened with orange juice concentrate)

1/3 cup toasted coconut strips (unsalted and with no added sugar)

Optional: dark chocolate chips instead of cranberries


Toss all ingredients in a bowl and serve.  Store in ziploc bag or airtight container.
