Chocolate Coconut Fat Bombs

  • ½ cup melted organic coconut oil

  • ½ cup organic cacao powder

  • ½ cup almond butter

  • ¼ cup dark maple syrup


  • Melt the coconut oil (or use liquid form).

  • Whisk in the cacao powder, almond butter and maple syrup until homogeneous and smooth.

  • Place into silicone chocolate molds or mini muffin tins.  If using muffin tins either use liners or non-cooking spray.

  • Refrigerate or freeze until hard, then remove from molds/tins and store in refrigerator until ready to consume.
