½ cup melted organic coconut oil
½ cup organic cacao powder
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup dark maple syrup
Melt the coconut oil (or use liquid form).
Whisk in the cacao powder, almond butter and maple syrup until homogeneous and smooth.
Place into silicone chocolate molds or mini muffin tins. If using muffin tins either use liners or non-cooking spray.
Refrigerate or freeze until hard, then remove from molds/tins and store in refrigerator until ready to consume.
