Dates:  Monday, January 14th-Sunday, January 27th.

Kick-Off Meeting: Thursday, January 10th at 7pm (encouraged but not required)

Location: Py Method Studio in Minneapolis’ Uptown Neighborhood

Prep Week: Monday, January 7th (Use this week to grocery shop, meal plan and prep so that you're ready to go on January 14th.  I also suggest that you start to wean off caffeine and sugar during this week to minimize withdrawal symptoms.

Each participant will receive coaching, support and accountability provided by an IIN certified holistic health coach (and other participants), recipes with grocery shopping lists, detailed cleanse materials with foods to enjoy and avoid, cleanse friendly products, tips for eating out/traveling, pantry/fridge shopping list, an in person group kick-off meeting and post cleanse 30-minute consult.

Additionally, participants will have access to a private Instagram Pod, individual email support from me, Pinterest board and more to encourage and support each other on this two week journey. Kick-off session is encouraged.
