This one on one session is perfect for the person who knows what they should be doing to maximize their health but needs tips and suggestions on incorporating new habits into their life.
Each session will last between 75-90 minutes and will include an intensive health history consultation. You will leave with several suggestions, new products and/or tips that you can begin incorporating into your life. Following the consult you will receive a detailed email summarizing our session along with 3-5 new recipes based on your preferences (with a corresponding grocery shopping list), tips/goals to implement and relevant educational information/handouts.
