Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Easy Healthy Pink Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (Florets)

  • 1/4 cup frozen Raspberries (Organic)

  • 1/4 cup frozen Strawberries (Organic)

  • 1/4-1/2 Banana (Ripe)

  • 1 tbsp ground Flax Seed (May substitute for chia seeds)

  • 1 cup vanilla Protein Powder (I like Equilibrium Nutrition, Marigold and Kion)

  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk (Any non-dairy milk (I like @califiafarms) Add more water if needed.

  • 1 tbsp pink Pitaya/dragon fruit Powder (I used Suncorefoods powder )

  • 2 tbsps granola (paleo Friendly) (optional)

  • sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes (optional topping)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Adjust liquid to achieve your desired consistency. You can make this into a regular smoothie by adding more water/milk. Enjoy!

  • 2 tbsps granola (paleo Friendly) (optional)
