The three + month program that I did with Stephanie has FAR exceeded my expectations - the support, coaching, education that she provided - especially at a time in my life where I have been experiencing other hard stuff - has been a lifesaver. I trust her and the guidance she offers - I feel as if I have gained a mentor and friend in this process.
The biggest tangible change that I’ve noticed is the mindset shift that health is not just about nutrition - I now think holistically about my mind, body, and spirit because if I’m stressed and not sleeping well, I am not going to feel well.
Stephanie guided me to build healthy habits. For example, meditation was a foreign concept to me and now I’m doing it every morning for five minutes. Other new habits that I adopted include drinking more tea, citrus water, eating more plant based foods, thinking deeply about why I turn to food before doing it, blue-light glasses to get better sleep - the list could go on!

Stephanie is direct, compassionate, non-judgmental and so approachable about any topic. She made it so easy for me to be honest and open about my struggles, which I why I think I got so much out of our sessions. Stephanie is honest and direct but caring and a great listener. She would give me goals - congratulate me if I hit them and provide me with honest feedback if I did not. My toolkit is the fullest it has been and I’m far more prepared to handle life with these tools. The biggest tangible benefit from doing the detox is less pouffiness and eating clean meals on a consistent basis versus skipping meals and snacking. After completing the detox I feel significantly less bloated. Stephanie’s program is super supportive, she’s readily available and provides practical tips and good recipes.

I absolutely loved the detox. The first two days were hard, but the rest was really doable. I have never experienced such drastic changes in 7 days. I lost 7 pounds and feel better than I have in years! My goals for the detox were to stop sugar cravings and lose a few pounds. The biggest change I’ve experienced is that I’m sleeping better, my digestion has improved, and my skin is clearer. Plus, I’m feeling so much better physically and mentally. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been less bloating, better sleep, more energy and I lost a few pounds. Stephanie is a true professional, who is very knowledgeable and was very supportive of me as an individual and where I was on the journey. Stephanie gave me great ideas and recipes after each coaching session in addition to a protocol with all the ideas and supporting documents we discussed during our 1:1 coaching sessions. The biggest benefit from completing the detox is that my bloat is down and my digestive track is functioning better than it was before the detox Stephanie prepared us well for the detox with great tips , recipes and an idea of what to expect. The recipes were great and her support of the group all week was so appreciated!
