SMP’s Spring Reboot Program

My spring reboot program will start soon and is designed to help you reset your body with natural medicine and give your body what it needs to repair and ultimately thrive.

This program will allow you to experience one or more of these results in just two short weeks:

Each participant will receive coaching, support and accountability provided by an IIN certified holistic health coach, recipes, grocery shopping lists, detailed materials to help you succeed, cleanse friendly products, tips for eating out/traveling, pantry/fridge shopping list, kick-off call and post cleanse 30-minute consult.

Additionally, participants will have access to a private Facebook group (where I'll do a check-in FB live, email support and more to encourage and support each other on this two week journey.

I really enjoyed the cleanse program more than macro counting or some of the other nutritional trend. I ended up eating a lot more vegetables and fruits than I normally would and I think that helped a lot; my body felt great. I personally really like the smoothie and snack ideas and was able to prep them on weekends to have better options during the week when I was hungry.
