Green Coconut Matcha Smoothie
1 tsp organic matcha green tea powder
1 large handful of leafy greens (spinach works well)
1 Tbsp coconut butter
1 serving of protein powder
1-1 1/4 cup almond or other non-dairy milk (unsweetened)
Crushed ice, if desired.
Optional: flax or chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
Recommend placing all the leafy greens at the bottom of blender for an easier blend.
