Super Charged Açaí Bowl

Super Energy Charged Acai Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet of frozen açaí puree (or 1 serving of an açaí powder)

  • 3/4 cup of frozen organic blueberries (any mix of frozen berries is great)

  • 1/2 of a small banana (frozen or fresh)

  • 1 serving of Daily Nutritional Support (or another clean all in one shake or protein powder)

  • 1 scoop of Daily Fruit & Vegetable Blend (or any equivalent blend with leafy greens)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened nut/non-dairy milk (I used @califiafarms)

Toppings:

  • fresh berries

  • clean/paleo granola (I crumbed @wholeme lemon berry cluster bites on mine)

  • shredded unsweetened coconut flakes

  • chia seeds (not shown)

  • unsweetened nut butter (not shown)

  • sliced bananas (not shown)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Recommend soaking açaí puree in hot water for a few minutes until partially thawed.

  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and mix until combined.

  • Pour into bowl, add desired toppings and enjoy!

NOTES:

  • I love my paleo granola on the bowl and my favorite store bought variety is the Grain-Free Granola from @costco (when available).

  • I purchase my açaí from @traderjoes but Whole Foods and other natural health food stores will carry it too.
