Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie Bowl

Easy Healthy Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup of organic canned pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (forets or riced)

  • 1 serving of high quality vanilla protein powder (see notes for brands I like)

  • 2 Tbsp nut butter (see below for brands I like)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice seasoning (or more)

  • Optional: 1 date or a few drops of monk fruit sweetener

  • Toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, crushed nuts

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender until fully combined. Enjoy!
