Chocolate Zucchini Smoothie



  • 1/2-1 cup zucchini (chopped, frozen or fresh)

  • 1/4 cup (1 serving) plant-based chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)

  • 1 cup (about one handful) leafy greens (kale, spinach etc)

  • 1 tbsp almond or any unsweetened nut/seed butter

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs + more for topping (can omit but personally this makes the smoothie)

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk (can mix with part filtered water)

Optional ads:

  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder (if you like it extra chocolatey)


  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  • Pour into a glass or bowl and top with cacao nibs, if desired, and enjoy!
