Chocolate Zucchini Smoothie
1/2-1 cup zucchini (chopped, frozen or fresh)
1/4 cup (1 serving) plant-based chocolate protein powder
1/2 Banana (frozen)
1 cup (about one handful) leafy greens (kale, spinach etc)
1 tbsp almond or any unsweetened nut/seed butter
1 tbsp cacao nibs + more for topping (can omit but personally this makes the smoothie)
1 cup unsweetened nut milk (can mix with part filtered water)
1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder (if you like it extra chocolatey)
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass or bowl and top with cacao nibs, if desired, and enjoy!
