Lemon Cauliflower Smoothie (Bowl)



  • 1 Lemon (juiced)

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1 cup Frozen Cauliflower

  • 2 tbsps Coconut Butter (Coconut Mana)

  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 Tbsp flax or chia seeds

  • 4-6 ounces unsweetened coconut/almond/nut milk and remainder water to achieve desired consistency

  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut milk


  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Adjust liquid depending on if you want a smoothie or a bowl. Top with shredded coconut if desired and enjoy!
